It is quiet, it's in a nice central location from everything, staff is friendly, maintenance team is quick and efficient, the residents are nice as well and the parking isn't bad at all.

It also doubles as a bar when I have a party. The lobby coffee bar is a great amenity, and I appreciate the friendliness of the staff—regardless of position. The game room, business center and gyms are really nice, too.

Staff are a pleasure to work with. — The onsite management staff is awesome Very attentive and knowledgeable with all aspects of management. One couldn't ask for better maintenance. Orlando and Erik are prompt in repair work or whatever else one's needs are. They provide a job well-done Overall it is a pleasant environment and community to reside in.
